*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

49, Palit Gaming Pro (non OC)

I’m more of wishful thinking though. I reckon if I was in the 30s my prayers would be answered
Ahh fair, im pos 18 in the Gaming Pro non OC. So im hopeful as Gibbos "Small" is 10-30 cards. So im potentially cutting it close.

I know a competitor got some this at some point this week so im hoping OC got some within the same day so hopefully they should be starting to ship out tomorrow or Friday. Be nice to have mine for Cyberpunk cause ive got the 10th and 11th off work for it.

It would be good. Yeah I want to be street kid and ruin lives on cyberpunk lol

Post in the customer services section with your order number and RMA number, it sounds like something has gone wrong.
I've sent them a webnote already and asked about the shipment they received last week of the Eagle 3070's and I got back that they had not yet received the shipment, this was on Friday 27th November. Still have no idea whether that shipment has arrived yet or not but even after I contacted them back I then got a classic reply back of "please keep an eye on our forum post managed by our GPU Purchaser Gibbo at the following link for 30 Series ETA updates" :P Yeah because i'm definitely not doing that on an hourly basis every single day. Not sure if theres a separate place you're meaning I can contact them or if you were referencing the webnote as the customer service section

Anyone think its strange how OCUK is not selling a single ASUS 3060ti?, and we have barely had any deliveries from them. Infact I don't think we have had a single 3080 STRIX in 3/4 weeks now.

The no competitors rule has been and always will be part of the forum, strangely enough you agreed to them when you signed up, so if you don't want posts deleted or your account suspended then I suggest you stick to them ;)

If you've got a problem contact the shop, anymore trolling and constant belittling won't be tolerated either.

And nobody is trapped, either wait for the item or don't and get a refund, not hard to choose is it ;)

Hmm I mentioned no competitor just the town they were located in, I mentioned no retailer OR town and it was still deleted I just said a retailer had stock!
And Believe it or not am far from trapped waited 2 Weeks thought nah not doing it and bought elsewhere I was refunded Today, spent £620.00 Yesterday on bits to add my new card to my loop not one penny was spent with ocuk and they can thank the Mods in here for that, your right I have a choice and I made it.

Hinting and trying to disguise talking about competitors is also not allowed and all the best elsewhere!

How did you contact them? I tried Live chat and they said I have to take it up with OC. So no luck at least with who I spoke with.
How did you contact Nvidia, because I am in a similar position to you, was it by Email or by chat ?

I contacted Nvidia via the live chat functionality on their website:
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch

I attached the Overclockers invoice proving my graphics card had been shipped and was meant to include the offer (I'd be surprised if they gave codes out to non-shipped cards) and also a pdf summary of my Overclockers email support conversation. In my live chat conversation Nvidia did initially say they do not generate the codes as they are provided from place of purchase, I said my retailer did not have enough codes and that they [Overclockers] had told me to contact Nvidia (both of which were true).

The first person I spoke to could not help directly, but escalated my case after confirming my email. A day later I received an email from Nvidia with the codes.

Hope that helps.

[Edit: Added quotes, as I clearly misused the multiquote feature]

Go here OcUK Customer Service | Overclockers UK Forums then use the Order Queries, you need to post a new thread, you will not see anything there apart from any threads you create along with replies from OC, keeps it between you and them.

Use the Order number (OC#####) and a brief description of issue as Subject and then go to town with detail in body of post.

They are pretty fast at getting back to you in there, I got a partial refund for my overpriced card and later I cancelled an overdue Monitor using that area of Forums, all completed within a few hours.

Yeah I ended up finding that section but I've put it in "Component technical support", hopefully it will still be okay and i'll get a reply at some point. I wrote a large large summary :D Cheers

You will be charged almost 12 quid tho if you phone to cancel like i was due to them taking over 50 mins to answer the phone and you get charged while you are in the queue what i did not know.

I'm sure Trading Standards would love to hear about it, because I'm pretty sure that's illegal.
