Cold War for no reason stutters sometimes, frames drop and it spikes... I also have a Acer X27 "GSYNC ultimate" monitor, whatever that means.....

It always seems whenever i buy a rig, it never just works.. theres always stuttering or some problem. Really making me want to buy a console as i always seem to have this problem.

As has been discussed a million and one times around the internet already. Cold War has stutter bugs in its current build.

Your rig is fine, blame the game creators not 'PC gaming'
and you know what GSync means because you have the ability to Google.

Also given that the game is LITERALLY bricking consoles , I have no idea why you would suggest buying a console to play the game as some sort of passive-aggressive comment on pc gaming.

Thank you.

Don't get me wrong. I love pc gaming. It can just be frustrating at times.

I found I had a similar problem on Cold war..
Solved the stutter changing the VRAM target from highest (90%) to 80% target.

I cant recall what the actual setting was, but it was Target VRAM and it was at the bottom of the list. Change it to 80% and it should resolve 90% of the stutter.

Also have an RTX3080.
