Last week the emails with waiting time came through Saturday morning.

Hey everyone, just thought Id ask here since there seems to be a few of us with 5800x chips...Ive had mine for 2weeks-ish now , got pbo+200auto oc on on a x570 e gaming, latest beta bios and Ive even got a new arctic fliquid freezer 280 but this chip of mine must be a sore looser of the silicon lottery cos it idles around 50-65 and would top out around 98C in cinebench r20 or even cod cold war if I hadnt set a hard temp limit in bios of 85 which results in lower allcore freqs...
So just wondering what are your temp experiences with your 5800x-s?

So after the not so fun experience of dealing with another retailer I got a confirmation email that my 5950x is being delivered on Monday. Not to bad considering I only ordered this Monday just gone. Luck was on my side.

I’ve been stuck awake reading about AMD overclocking and RAM. Lots to learn, felt very comfortable with Intel but onto new things

I woke up to a shipping email regarding this also. My son (and hubby) are going to be happy boys when they wake up. I managed to grab a 6800 from OC Thursday too. Son very slightly disappointed it is not a 6800xt but it is better than nothing (which will be the case with the 6800xt for a while I imagine) and he needs this card series as soon as possible to work on.

They are probably dispatching every 5900x before sending the queue emails out again like last week which is why they're a little late. Only this week it's 300 to dispatch vs 200 last week.

I'm 11th in the queue and have been for the last two weeks and haven't received anything for the 5600x. I know a chap above me is in a similar position of being early in the queue and not receiving a shipping notif. This is very strange by OCuk not to have people earlier in the queue getting their item shipped earlier. Either way I'm happy for the tons who have their 5600x shipped.

Hoping mine gets shipped today or I will not be happy at all.

There is something strange going on with the queue system. I wonder if they aren’t sending out stock to the ones that got in early at the cheaper prices because the grey stock is costing more. I know one etailer that has done that.

If you're willing to share, how much did you end up paying for your 5600x? Mine was about £290 on launch day plus the £7.24 shipping

Mine was ordered at approx 15:30 on launch day for £290 plus £8.70 shipping. I'm hoping that these are being packed and dispatched geographically and you'll get an email later when the batch for your area has been packed.

Yeah, packing/shipping geographically is another plausible explanation. I'm probably coming across as impatient haha. Just have to see how it goes today.
