Have they fixed the 4K performance of AC games / WD: Legions on the RX 6800XT yet?

The RX 6800 XT is struggling to get 50 FPS on these games, with the minimum FPS around 40 for both games.

I'm assuming this is because the optimization is terrible, for both AMD and NV GPUS, or the game engines themselves simply can't cope.

Have the optimization patches for Watch Dogs: Legion increased the minimum FPS for AMD or NV graphics cards? Or, did they just improve CPU performance a bit?

Seen huge improvements on the rtx side, im getting around 30fps more than previous. I'm able to run everything maxed out now as well while maintaining 80+fps around london.
