i dont think you will mate, we have all been cheated out of that, unles you call up nvidia when you get your gpu and explain to them thier fuckup lol

I am about 800 in the Gaming trio queue. I wasn't promised any games alongside my order at all, so it was at least cutoff at some point before me.

So are we all to understand that since then, over a week ago, you have had nothing since and there is nothing due in at all?

I was thinking same thing. No delivers since 30/11? I call this BS. Also we should be getting update daily even when update is "No update".

he has been off for all this time since hes moving house. there have been shipments coming since i moved 50 places in my queue on friday with no word from him but he just hasnt been updating the thread
 
Well just managed to bag a Zotac 3070 twin edge by doing Notify me got email spent 30 min getting it into my basket and order went through got confirmation email and order says Stock allocated spoke to the sites online chat and they said if it says stock allocated means its 100% mine. cost me 550 which i guess aint too bad since the FE is like 100 less which is similar to what my 3080 was to its FE.

Delivery date is 15th so lets see if it comes just going to cancel my 3080 TUF OC currently 912 in queue

they actually had around 6 diff 3070 come into stock and on Friday they had 5 different 3080s but wasn't able to get one of them.

didn't use any discords or anything just used the sites Notify me function and got multiple emails instantly they also only let you put it in ya basket if its available and you then have 15 min to buy it im guessing loads of bots picked them first but wasn't able to pass the authenticators to order the cards

Thanks for info. But OCUk is not one person company, right? There is somebody who processed those orders and is less than 5 min to post update for us, customers. They can't be blamed for suppliers but for communication can.

Careful.. Don't make the mistake I made posting a link to another competitor's website. Nice to hear you got sorted though :)

Gibbo, myself and the other Product Managers don't really have back ups.
Right now it's the MD and the customer service team who are processing these orders and as you can probably guess, since we are receiving about a thousand calls and a thousand webnotes every day, there aren't a lot of guys available to post on here.
We're not a one man company but we're not a giant multinational, all hands to the pumps generally means a couple of guys from one department helping another. Unfortunately, all departments are flat out right now. :(
 
Did anyone got any dispatch notifications today? Would be interesting to see what cards, if any have arrived after the weekend..

Gigabyte tweeted earlier that there's a shipment of various cards due in this week. Small amounts of the 3080 and 3060ti but substantial amounts of the 3070.

Totally agree with the holding page , this is a warzone. When's @Gibbo 's next update this is painful

They do have an information page that was supposed to have relevant information but again it has not been updated since sometime in October, guess that is another job Gibbo supposed to do but doesn't.

They have your money, sadly that is all that seems to matter in my view. This is surely confirmed by the fact so many orders were taken, even although no stock was present or looking likely to arrive in the near future. Add the lack of updates, even if just a holding update and confirms it 100% for me - of course just my opinion as I am entitled to.

Some people complaining and cancelling will not be much in the scheme of things, as most will just put up with it and get their card at some point and OCUK will get far more orders and therefore far more income than they would have got if they had stopped taking orders.

As it stands, from what we have seen other suppliers seem to have far better stock supply coming in.

Talk is cheap when it comes to saying you are the biggest, have great ties with manufacturers etc - the proof is in the pudding as they say!

You have the option to cancel, and that is what I did. I then sourced a card elsewhere, took a bit of work but is possible. At least I was in control of when it would arrive, compared to having no idea and just getting frustrated.

Has been a hard year, and of course the perfect excuse with Covid etc. Sadly the worst part of this is that the staff who are having to deal with the web notes, phone calls and angry customers are the ones who are having a hard time - those with the increased income stream have zero impact of this - just increased income and some bad review which Covid is the perfect excuse for.

Just my view, but you do have a choice here.

Careful now, my post got deleted yesterday when I mentioned oc false claims of having close ties with nivida nd being one of the first in line for cards. I had nothing but good things to say about oc in the past having spent a lot of money with them. But now it seems they are having some internal issues that need addressing... No news isn't good news we would rather be told daily that there are no updates than to be left in the dark. I really hope oc step up to the plate and sort these issues out because I will find it hard to shop with them with confidence in the future :(

I’ll have to call it a day soon, OCUK support could not guarantee my order in the event of no deal brexit. Is that true? (I live in ROI)

FYI, OcUK staff don't moderate these forums, we don't have time. There's a team of volunteer moderators who delete posts which breach forum rules but questioning our relationship with Nvidia isn't a breach so I guess there was another reason. Rest assured it wasn't anybody at OcUK with hurt feelings.

Our Nvidia account manager is the fifth entry in my speed dial list, behind my missus, my parents, Gibbo and my Gigabyte account manager :D not that it helps that much.

I haven't been in today but I did see an email confirming that Gibbo has logged in on his day off to raise the purchase order for some of this week's MSI. The other half is from a different distributor.
Other than that, I've heard nothing new since Friday
