Same for me with Shopto. I ordered the PS5,MM and dualsense bundle on Thursday and I’m stuck on processing.
They took the money on Friday which surprised me as I only thought they could do that just before delivery.

Solved the distortion issue with my 7P. I had ps5 headphone volume on max and I controlled volume on the headset. If I switch it to 75% it's removes it, and I don't need to turn the headset near max either.
Still going to get the Penrose though.
