Delay in postage?

Such a shame OCUK just isn't what it used to be.

In this instance I think it's dumb to blame ocuk.

Delivery couriers are overloaded. I'm waiting for a parcel which was dropped off at a post office a week ago and it's still not been delivered with tracked delivery.

Also stock shortages. Staff off isolating, etc. You have to understand this isn't normal operating procedure.

However I always buy from wherever is cheapest and I've placed quite a number of orders with ocuk over the past few years and all been fine. I've also placed orders elsewhere and again no issues.

To think ocuk used to be best is just fanboyism. They have always just been a standard retailer imo and no different to the other 2-3 major retailers I order from. Apart from the haribo that is.

I ordered something from a competitor and had it the next day. I ordered someothing from OcUK 3 days ago and it still hasn't been picked.

I don't mind, it's not a high priority or anything but just pointing out the difference.
