Still no update on Strix cards unfortunately, it is my guess that they have a shortage obtaining the parts for the LCD panel the cards have and as such I suspect volume on Strix won't come until new year now.

Did they upgrade the Strix design while I wasn't looking or is @Gibbo confusing Asus Strix for Gigabyte Aorus?

No news on Zotac Trinitys then I guess. Been waiting on one since day 1, and on an OC one for a few weeks. Starting to look like I may as well just cancel, as I've paid for the Trinity with a CC and figured I'd pay for it once I had the card in a couple of weeks, or cancel otherwise, but now been paying interest on it which isn't great .

Just a bummer to think that if I'd gotten in at position 100ish on many other SKUs, I would've had a card a while ago, rather than be ~50 after almost 3 months ... Don't think this is on OCUK at all really, but it is extremely frustrating.

Yeah i'm in the same boat- ordered non OC on day one. Started on que position 32, now down to 5th position (looks like only 15 shipments rest cancellations). May need to cancel soon.. Nvidia are being nightmares.

Imagine ordering a GPU in Sept 20, something that has a 24 month or so lifespan to probably most in this forum, and not receiving it for 9-12 months! If someone had even mentioned that as a possibility pre launch of any PC part you'd have just laughed at them.

Nvidia, (and AMD) haven't half bollocksed up here. If you can't properly produce your product, don't release it.

Call me cynical but looks to me like Nvidia are intentionally starving 3080 suuply, will be shitcanning it sooner rather than later and proper production won't ramp up until 3080ti. Which of course will be £300 more and barely any better, as they have such little headroom between 3080 and 3090.

They pop up multiple times a day on stock trackers. I've managed to order 3 in the last week or two, all with delivery before Xmas but cancelled them as I got one off the MM.

I've had the MSI 3080 Ventus pre-ordered since release day but MSI never seem to be sending any of these, I've just seen the most recent update on stock and it's the only one missing, almost every other version is being sent. I really don't understand why this is...

I think OCUK recieved 80 odd. 52 in first batch, then 30? in November. Thats a LOW amount for a popular card.
How did all the tech review sites get it so wrong over the summer? 'Never will the consumer have such great choice at such a competitive price'. What a joke.

Seeing all these people who are like under 20 in the queue and stuck in the same position for a while now, makes me wanna cancel my order for asus 3080 non oc. I'm position 916 and can't see me getting my card in the next 6 months. May as well get my preorder in now for the rtx 4080.

The tech sites got it wrong because nvidia lied. Excuses keep getting touted about demand being exceptionally high, it is, but supply has been incredibly poor. Ocuk have received what...about 20 cards per day on average? Thats shockingly low!

Worst is a subjective term, it's not like we've had no stock..but, it's definitely the most "over-subscribed" launch in my memory.

As another somewhat low down in the MSI 3080 Trio X queue, I'd be happy to take a Suprim card as an alternative (inc. paying any price difference). I don't know if this provides any benefit to OcUK but it'd be a nice gesture to offer them to those in the same manufacturer and card bracket.

Yeah - after the incoming MSI shipment i'll be somewhere around 78th in the queue. I would definitely be up for paying the difference for a Suprim card if there was enough to reach me.

What is it your after finding out, we have no backorders on that SKU, just checking my system stock arrived this Monday, I am now messaging KFA2 as they never confirmed they were shipping any to us, so I do hope they have shipped stock and its not a booking in error our side.....

i dont know what stock tracker you are using but i have only seen 3070 pop up like once in a blue moon

I heard they are selling the 3080 FE at a lower price than what it's worth, so that would make sense.
