Less than a week after cancelling my Asus OC and I will receive a EVGA tomorrow from a competitor, F5 rage same day 6900xt popped up, just in time for Cyberpunk. Still waiting for money back.

OCUK said that they managed to get more codes from NVIDIA but you'll have to put in a web ticket once you've received the card before they'll give you a code.
Redemption until end of this month.

Although you may not be entitled as I don't remember when the promotion ended and they may or may not have any of the Call of Duty codes that came after WD: Legion promotion

I'm hoping my 3080 TUF Non-OC turns up next week so I can get my WD code, though I'd rather have COD. FYI I ordered launch day.

Where did you go to order, who is likely to have the best surus stock?

We all should raise our voices in all the graphics card manufacturers social accounts like Twitter and Facebook, let them know the stock level of their partners are match with the information they give us, like @ASUS_ROGUK Twitter account.

Trust me, you're better off not being in the queue right now, especially for MSI or ASUS GPUs, you'll have a better time finding a card elsewhere. Some of the backorders for those cards are 1000+ units, with no stock coming in

I thought about that, but I'd have to go make accounts which I have no interest in having. I did go and look at the MSI UK twitter feed - there's the odd sarcastic comment about 3080's, but looks like they've been getting it easy overall.
 
You know..... this is just **** now :rolleyes:

When I ordered back in September, then found out it might be a month before I got my chosen card (Asus Rog Strix 3080 OC) I was Okay with that, I knew that there would be a surge in orders, I knew I would have to wait, but I wouldn't be alone and there would always be the reviews to read, the YouTube videos on people unwrapping their prized possession.... benchmarks etc...

I'm 441st in the fabled queue now... and i've only moved up 170 odd places not because of stock coming in but people cancelling their orders because there is no stock whatsoever, there was very few on launch day and for well over a month there were NONE (OC Customer services told me this)

Now its 9th December, nearly 3 MONTHS down the line... with absolutely NO chance of getting this card in 2020..... and Gibbo now posting words to that effect also and the reality is we're looking at Easter 2021 now (its only 12 weeks away)

That would be a SIX MONTH WAIT for something I've paid nearly £900 for

YES I KNOW.... there is the option to cancel.... why the **** should I? I just want what I've paid for, along with thousands of others :(

If there are, for instance, 1500 people in the Queue for the Asus Rog Strix that equates to over 1.3 MILLION POUNDS in the Bank of Overclockers, 1.3 MILLION on JUST ONE CARD

wonder what sort of interest that earns?
 
OK.. so i am 10th in the queue for a MSI Ventus OC 3x 3080.

this card is the only msi card NOT listed on the incomming shipment for 10/12/2020.

however there is once card listed that i have never heard of: "RTX 3080 SUPRIM X 10G 50pc 10-Dec"

is it too much to hope that this is a mislabelling of the ventus OC 3x card?

@ScottiB do you guys have delays in other orders too due to what's happening? I ordered power supply and didn't receive anything apart from confirmed order even tho it's in stock.

Palit sending 20x gaming pro 3080 is a good news for me, but that's still very little considering I'm 140 in queue, at this rate I can expect mine around April/may :/

... as close to zero as makes no difference...

If OCUK could wind the clock back there would be no back-orders or pre-orders or queues, it has cost them far more than the tiny amounts of interest you can get on cash in a business account right now.

They won't be making enough interest from the whole lot to even cover Gibbo's daily petrol bill... :)

You missed the 'Watch Dogs' promo, that one ended 31/10 and OCUK are not taking part in the current COD:CW promo.

On the other-hand if your received a card there is no harm in emailing OCUK and asking, just in case, or failing that go straight to Nvidia and ask them...
 
thanks for all the update @Gibbo im all upto date read every page on this thread msi trio 3080 pos 923 at this point im looking at expecting my delivery around march april its not a problem im currently running 1060 3gb ryzen 9 3900xt .im looking at buying a second card to get me through as i sold my 2060 super to finish my new build
