TBH Liverpool have been the much better team in the 2nd half and Nipple has kept them in the game as much as Alisson did for Liverpool in the 1st so all in all a fair enough draw but really being joint top with the injuries is quite an achievement so far.

This season definitely feels more or less an uphill battle on a vertical incline.

We're not playing well, we're not creating much, we're being ravaged by injuries, VAR has cost us at least 4 points etc etc.

I know we've played shedloads already but watching Liverpool is a chore at this point. Defence is shaky, attack is ineffective and midfield is pedestrian, we're not even outrunning teams anymore.

Joint top and comfortably through in the CL. You can’t expect Liverpool to keep playing like they have done for 2 years with what’s happening at the moment?

Looking back at the greatest teams in history and none of them touched the consistency Liverpool and City had those two years.
