If i was the police/FBI/law enforcement agencies, ide be checking every bank, jewellers, & high economic value target covered by the 911 system because that bomb was parked outside AT&T for a specific reason.

Something someone wouldn't mind blowing up, eg doesn't look worth much, not cared for, an old banger bought cheap for the job, overloaded, sitting low on it's suspension, hire vehicle, parked in an unusual spot.
 
Surely going to be on CCTV coming from that RV wouldnt like to be that person on the end of the FBI after a lot of people were about to enjoy Xmas day with the family.

Just when you think the conspiracy rabbit hole couldn't get any more bizarre. I've Just read that this is all part of a war that is raging between factions within the US government and the Deep State. Apparently this was the CIA retaliating against the NSA (for a black ops raid on a CIA server farm in Berlin a month or two back) by blowing up one of the NSA's intel. gathering sites that they like to locate in non descript windowless buildings adjacent to main communication hubs, like the one in NYC.

dons tin foil hat. when you read lines like this Just before the blast, witnesses in the area report a dire warning coming from the RV: “Evacuate now. There is a bomb. A bomb is in this vehicle and will explode.". to me that doesn't sound like a terrorist organisation looking to kill and mame as many civilians' as they can.

so i can believe a degree of what you have posted. a very small degree non the less
