Graphic Card Shuts Down

Hello,
I just bought a new PC for Cyberpunk 2077 and other RT games but ever since i did all necessary things you do when you install new PC (drivers etc) i have encountered a problem when i start Cyberpunk and that is my Graphic Card is going only for 20% GPU usage. Curiously when i got to "practice room" my GPU had 96% stable GPU usage but when i went straight ahead like 5 meters my GPU shut downed once again and FPS with it. I tried to monitor GPU behaviour and when it is on full load it seems fine. So i have absolutely no idea what the culprit is.

I did DDU my graphic card drivers and it didnt work.

here is my PC Spec:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3080 AMP Holo, 10240 MB GDDR6X
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 GA / 750W 80 Plus GOLD
WD SSD Black SN750 1TB
G.SKILL RipjawsV DDR4 32GB 2x16GB 3600MHz CL16 1.35V XMP 2.0
ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING

did you build the pc yourself or dids you buy a pre built one?

Set up nvidia settings right? I had to turn on v sync to stop apex crashing/restart pc on start up, this is the only game I get random restarts

Yes i did build it by myself ... but its not first one i build and previous one was runnning ok

New mobo same storage? I heard re doing the chipset drivers can help last thing I've got to do

i dont have a problem with crashing/restarts ... i have a problem with that my GPU is working on 20% usage ever since i start cyberpunk and even in Control it isnt running on 100% but there is better usage around 50-80%.

That is pretty odd.

What resolution are you using?

Thread title is a bit misleading as it's not "shutting down" it's just not really coming out of low power mode.

Try tinkering with your Windows power settings as well.

Just out of interest, try running your GPU in the next slot down and see what happens.

resolution is 2560x1440 but lower resolution didnt help and power settings didnt help either. I just wonder why it goes ok in that one instance and then when you move 5 meters straight ahead it goes to 20% usage and if you go back so it goes back to 96% and 100+ FPS. it just doesnt make any sense.

I assume you aren't only talking about that one specific point in the game and it does this in various different areas?

Or are you an alternative account for sewerino26?

It goes ok only in that one instance. From the start of the game my GPU usage is 20-30% and i have 30 FPS.

No I am not an alternative account.

Have you tried a different pci slot?

Sounds like a GPU issue then. Have you tried it in a different PC?
Is it a dual bios card?

How is your PSU connected? That GPU has:

Power Input
2 x 8-pin

Did you connect two seperate connections to your PSU?

no i didnt i dont have second PC at my place .. and no it isnt dual bios card

Yes i have 2 separate 6+2 pins into my GPU and 2 separate to my PSU

I had my computer just shutting off both with a 3080 and 3090 when i had the power limit of the card up high.

Have you got the power slider up to the max in afterburner?
