Battery replacement from ebay being ignored?

So my battery is 3.5 years old and giving me issues. Tried to contact company on ebay but seem to be getting ignored. Since its a purchase over 3 years ago it doesn't show in the purchase history but have all the emails and PayPal email regarding the purchase. Battery came with 4 year warranty.
What can i do in this situation?

Good luck getting anything from a battery off eBay.

Buy another and get on with your life, preferably not one off eBay.

It was from eurocarparts shop on ebay. Dunno if PayPal can do anything in this situation but i dont think they help beyond 180 days

go to eurocarparts directly then, they should support regardless of the purchase channel

Ahh i got ebay ebay message from carpartsbargain who said take to eurocarparts store. Late reply but still good so will take it down at some point

Yes they same company although prices far lower than even carparts4less or even euros direct using discount codes.
Will pay them a visit at some point. We in tier 4 so dunno if they even open

I had the same thing last year, took it to Eurocarparts with the receipt and they just swapped it no problem.
