EVGA Jacob Looking into OCUK Stock Issues

Steady on fella it was just wishful thinking. Glad to hear there's a trickle.

I just want you to realise people are not robots myself nor other OcUK staff work 24/7 and neither does EVGA, we have to sleep and take time off at some point, it’s a national bank holiday and a weekend so expecting to hear something back since you posted is unreasonable.

The working week starts Monday and then I’ll be checking, my Skype is open 24/7 but I’ve had no Skype messages past few days for obvious reasons. :)

I appreciate the fact you're a human being and not a robot, don't worry. You can't exactly blame customers waiting for months craving good news though and speculating when that news may come.

Genuinely hope you had a good break though and that this EVGA situation sorts itself out for the benefit of this company and all the loyal patrons who still choose to buy hardware through it.

Very small amount of EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming on the way, this will clear remaining back orders.

Congratulations to any of you that are getting cards, wish I'd coughed up the extra on launch day and got a FTW3 series card but alas, it's a happy new year for some which is good.

He's blessing them for luck? :D

EVGA has always prioritised US buyers before even thinking about the rest of the world, which makes sense as they're a US company anyway. Until things normalise abit in the US, it will be awhile till UK sees anything.

Abit stopped making hardware in 2009. You wont get a GPU from them. They were mostly Motherboards anyway.

Still heard nothing from EVGA.

If you do hear from them I hope they offer you the high end cards like the Kingpin 3090.

If they just offer a few of the lower end cards which seem to be turning up elsewhere, is it worth your time.

You already stock some very good cards from other AIB partners that are a good choice for the basic normal use cards.

You may get a response from EVGA if you get 8 Pack to break out the LN2 and smash some records with the Asus Strix 3090.:D

With so many shortages of 3090s, you honestly think they're going to give the UK Kingpin stock? Come on dude.

No change of seeing the Kingpin or the new watercooled version.

I know there are shortages but EVGA should share their SKUs out in other markets not just USA/Canada.

Other AIB partners like Asus also have to deal with those same shortages but we still see some cards from them.

I don't mind not being able to buy something like the Kingpin but I am not happy about no one in the UK being able to buy one.

There are cards like the 6900 XT I have my eye on that are in very short supply but at least some forum members have been able to get them.

Of course its worth their time, they have customers with orders in for the lower end cards?

Yes they stock some other very good cards however trying to get one of them is almost impossible for the average person. If they want to offer a change of card to one they're getting in more, I'm sure people such as myself would jump at the chance, however that seems unlikely as well.

I don't think I have seen any 3090 EVGA cards listed by OcUK at all so I don't think there are any orders.

When I talk about lower end cards I do not mean 3070s and 3080s.

I didn't think you meant 3070's and 3080's, my understanding was that you meant lower end variants of cards such as the 3080 XC3 Black as opposed to FTW3 Ultra Gaming models etc.

My point was it's not really reasonable to expect people to go and buy another 3080 variant because it's incredibly hard to do so, therefore if OCUK were to offer swaps to other models made by other AIB partners such as Gigabyte, Asus, etc. then people would probably take that opportunity.
