Overclockers advertises 3070 pre orders but no option to do so.

Simple; They don't want bots and scalpers claiming all the preorder slots. OcUK are not the only ones doing this. Almost every other site is doing the same thing.
 
I bagged a 3070fe after two or three days using partalert on discord.

I didn't know what discord was or how to use it. Installed on phone told to track 3060ti and 3070 phone was buzzing like mad. But a lot was from EU and Amazon won't send to Northern Ireland at minute.

Got an alert for an Fe from a competitor site. Signed up and paid about five or ten minutes later. Arrived today.

In PC this evening.

Long story short get on that part alert setup.
 
Probably hasn't been changed yet.

Originally you could pre-order and that became a huge thing with lists and emails and all sorts of issues, so OcUK stopped allowing pre-orders and in future if they don't have the stock you can't buy the stock.
