I would get a large 1tb sdd and put your games on that for fastest loading times

You could get a 10400F and motherboard for around 200 quid which will add hyperthreading then selling your old motherboard and CPU should get atleast 100 quid back.

It will make a diffrence in loading times but its up to you , a standard sata 6gps ssd will do.
