Virgin Superhub Connectivity Issues

One of my PCs will not connect to the Virgin Superhub 3.0, wirelessly or with ethernet, unless I use a static IP and reserve an IP address. A similar thing is happening on two other Superhub's I've tried. In modem mode, paired with an Asus router, I don't have this issue.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

I misread your post. So it won't get a DHCP address but it will get a static IP?

On the PC open cmd and do ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew and see if it gets an address?

I set the static IP in Windows 10 and also reserved an IP address using DHCP.

Before, it would connect to the superhub and get an IP address but it would disconnect several times a day. After doing the above changes, it's worked flawlessly.
