I ordered a 5600x yesterday from OC and still hasn’t been dispatched even though showing in stock.. are they selling pre orders again while waiting for stock?

theres a delay on dispatching items as well as a delay on postage id contact cs if its not sent tomorrow.

They are days behind at the moment, check some of the other threads like on the O-11 dynamic mini and Uni fans/Galahad cooler in the news section.

usually yeah ive never had a problem but we are living in strange times and i dont know how exactly they are affected by it, reduced staff maybe ? who knows.

Ordered a 5800x a few days ago from Overclockers but I have no idea when it will come atm, the worrying thing is there is no clear communication as to whats going on. I understand with covid things cant operate as usual and there might be some delays but I havent heard anything from Overclockers themselves (no eta or message explaining that there is an expected delay) All I can see is that my order has been received but nothing has been shipped. I would assume that with the CPU being advertised as in stock this shouldnt take long?

Just ordered a ryzen 7 5800x from here to go with my rtx3070, how long have people had to wait from ordering until delivery? Seems they are pretty busy at the minute and behind on orders, they were the cheapest for the cpu though so happy to wait a short time for the discount

Already post on CS, still waiting for dispatch email for 5800X that I ordered on Monday, suppose to deliver today with the DPD 1-3 days delivery, call this afternoon around 4:30pm and spoke with CS agent and told me will ship today and receive tomorrow, 8:37pm now and still no dispatch email, gonna spend another 1 hour call CS tomorrow.

I ordered mine yesterday, had a despatched email not long ago with it to be delivered tomorrow by dpd?

Nope I've had an email saying will be delivered tomorrow by dpd, and I'll get an email in the morning with a 1 hour time slot, I don't know how to post photos on here otherwise i would screenshot it for you
