The irony is, I know and we've had to BAN several known members on OcUK (some quite long standing) who we have found out are scalping on eBay and other places. This community is far from immune to scalping just posting on the forums. But we run a tight ship to keep scalpers out of here.

Yes you are right, my bad.
I should have provided more context to my comment as to my meaning.
I felt that if Gibbo wished to create and "exclusive" for those within this forum then it was sad that he was unable to achieve that. However your reply give me thought, as I do agree that the premise of what you are doing within discord is a good thing.
What I should not have done is to post the screen that I did. It did seem to single you out as a villain in all of this and for that I apologise.

Our systems are not great, so at my end I still see only 5 as been sold, it plays catchup. Will probably take 30 minutes.

I ordered Sapphire, Paypal email says transaction time is 12:46:13. Just got the OC order confirmation email. Really hope I'm not too late again - I missed out on the 6800Xt in this way too. Was bang on the gong to start the order this time, though did get slowed down a bit by the captcha requiring three different images.

I did manage to order the MBA 6800 a week later but it was never what I really wanted for my new build. And a friend has his beady eyes all over it; if I managed to get the 6900XT I'll be selling the month-old 6800 to him at cost :)

I wouldn't open the champagne just yet. When the 6800 and 6800XT first went on sale back in November, many of us had OC confirmation emails and the orders were later cancelled. That was when they did a global launch not this smaller, private one, so hopefully it won't be the same. But yeah, the OC email is not confirmation you've definitely got one.
 
Ordered a 3070 but then realised my delivery address is still set to my old work place. Did not see an option to get this changed anywhere and spent a while on the phone.. then I realised £650 is waay too much. I filled in the cancellation form instead.
I think I will wait till prices normalise or wait for an FE edition.. maybe better to even get a 3090FE then pay overpriced for another card.
