What TV shows are you currently watching

Watching Night Stalker on Netflix. Absolutely crazy just how many people this guy killed/attacked, truly awful. Especially what he did to some of them :(

Also madness how there were at least 2 missed occasions where they could have caught the suspect (only up to ep 2 so could even be more)

I used to have the TV in the background when working from home (Pre-Covid) and during the daytime (on Freeview) there are all these murder programs. Now have this habit of being drawn into these gruesome series. So I'll likely watch Night Stalker tonight. :o

Recently seen Netflix will be airing a documentary based on the unfortunate soul Elisa Lam, 'The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel' next month, having read the spooky story on here (cant find the post).

Sweet Home - finally finished! I have blasted this series, but the first few and last episode showed that this could be good tv, IF they got a better budget for effects/CGI and they minimised the internal crying and wailing - if a cut version of the non-main cast was released, you would lose absolutely nothing from the story.

Definitely got Res Evil vibes towards the end when we see people been experimented on and their different abilities/monsters (T-Virus!) and now we are set up for S2.

There was one where the woman and her husband were in bed. He was a cop himself and she herd the window being opened. He must have got spooked and ran off. They found his footprints in the flowerbed outside the window. That would have given me the chills for life.

It also paints a picture of how the media ruined their investigation and had blood on their hands as a result. They could have caught him a lot earlier had the people worked together instead of their own agenda.

Yeah that was crazy how lucky she was. I think she said she had fallen asleep on the sofa and thought it was her husband making a noise so called out. Considering how the killer seemed to take his time after some of the murders you would have thought he wouldn't have been so easily spooked by it.

Agreed. That mess up with the press conference was shocking. Same with the car that was never printed because I think LAPD took control but didn't do it. Makes you wonder just how many other cases out there have been jeopardized/held back because of miscommunication and what seems like a bunch of blokes having a willy waving contest

Its certainly peaked my interest in crime programs again. I've been watching I am a killer on Netflix. Crazy some of the sentences these guys have been given compared to what people in the UK get. Also never knew that Texas has a party law where you can be tried even if you didn't commit the offense.

Looking forward to the vanishing at the Cecil hotel. I don't know the story but looks intriguing.

I decided to finally watch Evil Genius. I'm only on episode 1 but oh my god at what just happened to the pizza delivery guy. There are seriously some messed up people in the world!

Just finished The Uncanny Counter. Really enjoyed it but I wanted to punch the main character, he was annoying. Korean’s are a bit weird.

On the 3rd episode of The Queen’s Gambit.

We just went through 'Traces' as well. Entertaining enough but the main character was awful. We found ourselves actively disliking her. She's a total prat on numerous occasions, utterly self absorbed and how the hell did she keep that job?
Added to that, some of the science was terrible and had me gritting my teeth. There was one incident where a character went off to do something and it was just stupid and highlighted a complete lack of research. The sad thing is that, if they wanted that character to leave the scene, there were loads of ways to do it without making up BS. Just pointless.
On the other side, it was a very diverse range of characters but done without being blatant. Instead of feeling like the casting office were ticking boxes, the characters just seemed like a normal collection of people.

The morning show 6-10... 4 episodes in, just not enjoying, watching with 4 family members, all on their phones.

Slow burn, nothing happening

I drink lots and always engage, just not this show,....... Maybe heroin might help, not my thing, just like this show
