the problem is, like a crack head you are coming across as mistrusting, impatient & pushy.
The last major update I gave you on said MSI shipment clearly stated that we didn't have an Estimated Time of ARRIVAL, only an estimated shipping date. I took a guess, based on the previous shipment, which I clearly stated was a guess, that we'd hope to get the delivery during the week STARTING 25th...and despite this you started demanding updates multiple times, starting first thing on the 25th. That's not a really reasonable response. If you'd started asking first thing on the coming Friday then I could understand, but what you're doing is equivalent to calling DPD at 7am on the day that your parcel is expected, demanding to know why it hasn't been delivered yet. You wouldn't do that.
The simple answer is that we still don't know, the guess was made before it became clear that many similar shipments are becoming stuck in customs for over a week...and I've also said before that we don't have the time or inclination to answer the same question over & over again, especially when the only answer that we can give is "we don't know".
I know that none of this is what you want to hear but it's the truth.
