Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

robinhood closed GME and AMC according to someone on twitch, but could be a lie

This isn't a pump and dump though.

It literally is. The aim is to pump the stock to bankrupt the short sellers, then dump it to try and cash in first. There's all this silly moralistic nonsense going on, but it's ultimately a classic pump and dump.

In anticipation of 212 going **** up, I've put a modest limit order on Nok and will be happy that trips.

IAG is on an absolute burn today now.....

Yeah it is a pump and dump.

There is the side of 'morality' but don't kid yourself. The majority of the people will dump when time is right and those who organised and got in early will have made a fortune.

The lack of people even willing to understand what is going on is a bit sad. It is a fascinating story. Grab yourself a pew and have a good read.

yea but with most retail investors closing GME and AMC
t212, nordnet , robin hood so far.

NOK will probably moon instead as people who don't understand the market panic and click sell on GME and AMC then buy NOK instead most likely.

AMC , NAKD, NOK, BB GME All taken off of robinhood now

The stock isn't worth $500, the company was losing money hand over fist. The shorts were right. The WSB crowd might have hurt a small hedge firm, but retail will be the ones left holding most of the bag.

But if you're a retail investor putting in money without understanding the above (which, is plainly obvious), then you can really complain if you're left in the ****

at the end of the day the hedgefund knows it just has to survive and eventually the stock will plummet.

I think it's a losing battle longterm, probably lost on friday, people ain't going to hold over the weekend

No, they ain't. They are stopping the ability to place options. The ability to buy or sell the shares has not been removed, although they are having service outages.

Go on 'buy' then select the down arrow and click 'value' instead of shares. Worked for me 10 minutes ago.

Doesn't work now.

You can only hold/sell - you can't buy on Robinhood according to live stream on Youtube
thats what I'm saying, robinhood closed all the WSB tickers.

just like t12 closed GME and AMC
Nordnet closed GME maybe others.

if people don''t wanna believe me and act like a WSB bot spamming tickers and ignoring actual info then fine. or try to buy GME and see what happens

your money on the line not mine, it's fairly obvious the retail investor apps are siding with the hedgefunds.

look at WSB discord, I'm autistic but nowhere near the level of ignorance in there, you think those people aren't going to panic sell when they see the tickers closed?
