We definitely received some stuff because I had to spend some time sorting through **** ups. I'm not sure exactly what was received though since it was multiple pallets of varied stock.
couple of Gaming OC, couple of Master, couple of Xtreme
that seems to be it for the 3080 that was booked in yesterday

i know mate.i ordered on 17 sep 17:00 and just got my card on monday.long wait but eventually at some point upl get ur card.i think oc doing their best regarding this orderz.

That's crazy. Who knew few hours can make a huge difference. I ordered on 17th Sep at 14:27 and received the card on 5th Nov I think.

It's very strange as it looks like the number of cards received decreased not increased. It's like they're not producing them anymore lol.

I ordered at 15:29 and I still don't have it, the Zotac life :D

That question was specifically about the customs delayed Gigabyte delivery.

I've seen absolutely no news on 3080 Ventus. It has been conspicuous by its absence on recent MSI shipping reports. Realistically, we're not likely to see any before March now, since the whole production side of the company will be closed for the best part of two weeks.
 
Any sort of update on the DPD issue?
it's all in the hands on the various IT teams now. We collected the commodity codes and origin data for all of our products, now the IT teams need to make the changes necessary for our system to communicate with theirs so that all of the extra information is received in the correct format. :( Until DPD are happy with what they receive from us they won't accept the parcels.

Obviously for ROI We also need to sort out the VAT situation and that seems to suggest that we are going to have to unpack, refund VAT, reprint the documents and repack hundreds of parcels. I'm not sure exactly how many orders are affected but I have seen at at least seven full pallet loads that are quarantined in the warehouse waiting on the solution.

OMG lol my message was deleted?!? I only asked why there is only 2 gpus they receiving from direct contract with NVIDIA a week??? Thats means it is true! They just moving us 1 to 2 places and then they selling rest of thousands for 3 to 5 times expensive on ebay!! That's where is problem! not mining scalpers!

What are you talking about? & who are you referring to when you say "they are selling...."?

I also feel for our warehouse staff who are having to work around all of these pallets which had been dropped in an already overflowing warehouse.
I had a chat with the warehouse manager on Tuesday but we're all waiting for the 'go!'

I believe that we are closing the phone lines tomorrow so that we can catch up on the webnotes...ultimately I'm hoping that will give us the manpower headroom that we need to make a start on the VAT issues.

I'm a member of OcUK staff who is trying to respond to your comment. I have absolutely no reason to 'get my message count up'

I'm beginning to understand why our moderators may have deleted your message though. You aren't actually making a point.
