It was way off redline. It's not like I had used a race start from the traffic light. Are you telling me you never go over 3K revs when accelerating away?and wonders why he got a section 59

So you hope my car gets crushed because accelerated faster than normal up to the speed limit in a safe manner on to a empty dual carriage way?Because that's how people normally drive on a dual carriageway.
Hope your car gets crushed next time, you honestly don't deserve anything nice.
I didn't break the speed limit though. I simply accelerated to the speed limit faster than normal. Hardly a comparable exampledosent matter if it was empty or not
its like saying, oh the motorway was empty officer so i did 150 mph
Fine, never had any trouble before.Usually a bit more to it...
How is your driving usually?
I have not stated anywhere in this thread that this is something I do every time I drive the car. I am surprised that so many people are jumping down my throat for utilising the acceleration of my car in a safe manner without breaking any laws.not very often tbh, very rarely
I guess everyone figured you could probably Google 'can I appeal a section 59?' yourself, rather than them do it for you.Lol I appreciate all the humour in this thread, but does anyone actually have a serious response? Is it worth me liaising with a solicitor or would I be wasting my time?

It's not exactly a forum full of people who have experience in getting section 59s is it?![]()
It isn't.It's just a warning
How the **** is that remotely comparable?? Nailing it off the lights and not exceeding the speed limit is not a crime!!dosent matter if it was empty or not
