My Very PS5 disc console arrived yesterday. One seal was not stuck down properly. Got me a little nervous so took photos before unboxing. All unboxed without issue and setup, I feel very fortunate. It's a great upgrade in all areas and I can't believe how quiet it is vs PS4 Pro.

I hope the wait isn't too long for the many that are after one.

My Very order says it's shipped today via RM, a lot quicker than I was expecting to be fair, with a expected date saying 11th March!

Now to find the cheapest PS Plus sub!

Can't believe people have the time to sit and f5.

I've got work to do, so no chance.

My only options are
a) get lucky with a notification (but because of work, miss many of those too)
B) hope someone sets up a proper preorder system
C) wait long enough for there to be actual stock somewhere - 2022?

Supply constraints at least until June but in all honesty the way components are falling way short it's probably going to go on for the rest of the year.

I'm thinking it could go more into summer time.

Although with each release the prices from the scum on ebay is dropping more and more, which can only help.

I can't believe prices of consoles and GPUs on eBay and even proper shops, it's got insane, I wish I still had my old 5700XT and 1080Ti to sell lol

For what reason. I think they do it to build a frenzy so people will pay inflated prices.

Also what's with some places selling them as bundles with all sorts of rubbish thrown in.

Surprised OCUK don't do the same thing with 3080, 3080+a £600 monitor.

Digital only isnt it? I joined the queue, but it was an hour long so thought there's no chance, and I also would want a disc one. lol. Good luck though. The more that are kept out of @Soulja hand the better.

Probably because they make next to nothing on just the console, so they add stuff that makes them some profit
