Why not get a spot-mix company to mix it as it empties into a barrow on site?
It’s a bit more expensive but you only pay for the exact amount you use and it’s down very fast.
I paid £250 for 3.6 tonnes and they company had 2 guys barrow it in for me. It was all down in an hour or so.
