Hi,

Installed a g1/4 style plug 10k temp sensor in loop, connected to water in on crosshairs viii dark hero x570. Bios and asus fan xpert4 see temp, but not hwinfo/icue. Means I can control pump speed with this sensor in fan xpert, but not speed of fans connected to commander pro with icue.

Any ideas. Better software options that might see sensor and control both pump and fans? Any way to get icue/hwinfo to see sensor (could plug sensor into commander pro for icue but that would mean fan xpert won’t see it for pump control).

thanks!

Why don’t you plug your pump into the commander pro too? What I have done with one of my builds, everything including sensors into commands pro. ICUE can control the pump speed fine (well DDC I am using in the HTPC)

@Radox-0 thats a good suggestion. However, my PC is dual boot. I think when in Ubuntu I’d prefer pump connected to mb header for bios to drive rpm profile rather then rely on my hacked script I currently use for fans.

it’s a shame icue doesn’t see water temp sensor.

What water temp sensor you got? I got a pair of water temp sensors in my loop with the commander Pro, see's both sensors fine so control my fans off the water speed. Pump which is also connected to commander Pro is just at set speed.
