Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Doesn't worry me in the slightest. Honestly I'd be more embarrassed friends and family knowing how much I spent on some of my real pairs than knowing I wore some cheap fakes.

I can second this depth... and worktop express!
96cm deep is the desk I use, but it's got the CX48 as my main monitor (on an arm, so it sits as far back as possible), but I love the depth.
If I sit up with my chest against my desk, with my arms out in attempt to reach the back end of the desk, I can only just reach it.

It gives your desk an awesome feel, with a load of space for all sorts of things!

And here I am wanting between 60-70cm as I find 80cm a bit too deep for fiddling with audio knobs at the end of the desk constantly.

Couple of MOLLE pouches for my backpack. Bargain really, after discounts they only cost me 57p for the two and even without Prime they arrived today after only being ordered on Friday.

I'd be more embarrassed if I'd wound up paying the mental resale price for something you can get a carbon copy of for a fraction of the price despite the fact I can afford the proper ones. I want the shoes, I don't see the status in lining the pockets of a kid with a bot.

I guess when you know you know ;)

Tried to look for Easter eggs earlier. Went to a Tesco, 2 Sainsburys, a Lidl and an Asda. Absolutely zilch. There was literally just one single shelf of Peter Rabbit Dairy Milk eggs out of ALL of them. All the others, there weren't ANY shelves for eggs anywhere. Instead it was just all garden and BBQ equipment. I'd understand if it were maybe one store/chain doing it, but literally 4 major supermarket chains doing the same thing, completely changing and removing the shelving for an imminent event/holiday? It's like if they were to just get rid of all the Christmas decorations or Christmas food on Christmas Eve. I don't mean "have space for it but it's all sold out", but literally got rid of that shelf and put bloody house plants there or something. I cannot understand what manager thinks that would be a good idea, let alone multiple managers across different companies.

I reckon supermarkets are a bit more savvy with seasonal stuff these days and would sooner run out of stock a couple of days before than sell it all reduced after the event. Encouraging people to buy earlier is win win from their perspective.

I always laugh at folk who go to buy Easter eggs on the day before Easter, of course they are sold out. They have had them in the shops since the end of Jan so plenty of time to buy.

Finally got my epic desk set-up in place, really chuffed.

This is a 250cm long 88cm deep oak worktop, with two 55cm kitchen cabinets supporting the front. I’ve then installed four legs across the rear, where there’s also 6 plugs and an Ethernet point.

Just need the mega monitor....

Also, my first go at speed test was 546 megs a sec :D

Snap!

Love my worktop express kitchen table top.
Had someone to help build the support beams around the walls so its not on any cabinates and act like a floating desk.
Been over 4 months and still good!

Wasn't easy getting it 2 flights of stairs.

I'm looking for a decent water bottle I can take to work - Any brand in particular any of you would recommend? Looking for something around the 1Lt mark, with an opening at the top rather than a straw type lid, and something that I can bung in the Dishwasher without breaking.

Getting a bit sick of buying water bottles and having them break on me after a few months, so wouldn't mind spending a bit more on something that will last.

I take it the support beams are basically cleats?

Also, how plumb were the corners, did you need to do any weird angled cuts?

Yes support beams along the side and back.

The desk is about 1 inch off both sides but I deliberately did this as I knew it was going to be a tight fit in my study. Its not a box room but has more of an alcove on the left hand side of the picture so sliding a 40KG desk at awkward angles I needed some wiggle room. I selected from worktop express the full length and only but off about 8 inches off one side to make it fit the whole length of my study.
