That was stupid. It wasn't the Wizards fault, it was Magic Mike, who used to be a Mercedes technician, and still got the gearbox fluids the wrong way round after "double checking", and after Hoovie asked for assurance that he had checked, which Magic Mike confidently laughed off, as he pumped the fluids into the wrong places...

Glad they sorted it.

I don't think they handled it too well. Their first phone call to you should have been explaining what happened and how they're going to put it right.

Still, at least it got sorted in the end.

Two people working on a job like that is asking for trouble.. Sure, most of the time things are fine but when one thinks the other has done something, as in torquing the tensioner, then this sort of thing can happen.

Good on them for sorting it, but it was obvious, sans a hardware issue, that it was finger trouble.
