Asus TUF Gaming Z490-Plus - Sata Issue

I have a Asus TUF Gaming Z490-Plus Motherboard and I have installed X 2 M.2 Drives so both M.2 slots on the board are populated.

I also have 2 SATA SSD's I want to use however none of the SATA SSD's are being detected.

I understand from the motherboard manual that each M.2 shares bandwidth with some SATA ports

In theory with both M.2 populated I should still be able to use SATA ports 3+4 for my SSD's

Anyone know why these are not being detected.

Tried updating the bios do the ssd drives show up if you dissconect one of the m2 drives ?

Updated bios and no change. No SATA Drives are showing up

Take the m2 drives out to see if the ssd shows up in the bios if not then it sounds like a faulty sata controller.

Would contact Asus
