Hi Guys,
Not completely new to watercooling, I have just completed a build with a custom loop, comprising, 1X 360 Rad + 3 Fans, EK Res, bay mounted, 1x 120 Rad + fan all cooling the 5800X via an EK Velocity CPU block.
I have used Arctic silver 5 for thermal paste!
The order of the loop is, Res to 360, 360 to CPU (inlet), CPU (outlet) to 120 Rad, 120 Rad to RES.
Whilst gaming I'm hitting Max temps of 74 C, The processor is hitting 4900Mhz on all cores.
I'm pleased with the performance, but would have liked to have kept the temps in the high 60's,
what do you think of my results? do they seem about right?
I have read that the Ryzen CPU's run quite hot and this seems to be the case, Any thoughts Guys?
