I bought the dbrand special MKBHD skin for my S20 back before November and whilst was nice, I found the corners started to flap up and not fit as nice as dbrand skins on previous Galaxy phones. I have had more than 1 dbrand skin on this S20 and experienced the same issue after some time (initial clues as tot his happening are from day 1 when fitting).so this time round figured I'd try a skin from Easy Skins who are UK based.

I think maybe dbrand's QC has sloped a bit over the years as their popularity increases.

This is much better fit right away it fits the curve of these new phones.

Yes. That's the utility room. The house came with the washing machine for free. And if you have separates if I've breaks you don't lose both.
That's always been my attitude, I'd much rather lose some space and have two dedicated devices that can do their specific job well, than one appliance that costs more, may not do it's job as well, and when it dies you can't do anything.

There's also the element that you can potentially do it faster in two machines than a combination.

Serial killer in the making? :p
Hopefully not, this device is for getting weeds out from between paving slabs.

My nephew spent 4 hours at the weekend clearing weeds and I felt bad only giving him £5 for his work. He tried to barter but we agreed the pricing model years ago and he doesn't understand what child labour is yet.

:p good lesson in capitalism.

The electrics do look dodgy but I'm sure it will be fine!

And you can wash in one and dry in the other at the same time :D

looks like you might want to get the electrics checked, those plugs look a bit old.

What is it - freezer, washer and tumble dryer? Do you know that you can get devices that do both nowadays. Not sure there will be a day where one device would do all three but you never know!

Washer dryers are awful. You cant dry as much as you can wash and overall they are never as good as having seperate ones.

Yeah I think I even did a post on here. If it can't do the same load what's the point?

Also, not, everything can be tumbled. Especially sports stuff. So I don't see the benefits at all

And I think they take ages!

How do people use TV speakers?? They are absolutely vile
What's a workable budget to get a starter set up? Every time I look into it I get onto amps it all goes over my head and I lose interest.
Can't ever imagine soundbars being that great but I'm sure there are good ones now?

A triffid for my mini wildlife pond, the duch reed thing in middle fiver , been foraging the moss and wood, may expand it eventually, quite relaxing

Last time around I think I just looked through What Hi-Fi for the best bang for buck with each within my budget, worked out well for me.

What's your budget? Soundbars can be excellent but the better ones do cost more.

I switched from an amp and stereo speakers to a Soundbar (Samsung Q900T), it's nowhere near the speakers for music, but for TV/films it's much better. It also has the convinience of "just working" with the TV and not require extra things being switched on and obviously the wife is happier than she was with 2 floorstanding speakers.

I suppose if you have space/budget for a full 5.1 system then that wins, but i wouldn't completely say no to a soundbar. I've been surprisingly impressed.

I'd say Sonos Beam is a good entry level sound bar. It is a good standalone speaker/Alexa/Google Assistant/Smart device regardless, in case you don't get on with it. It is also quite small (smaller than the width of my 40" TV).

Good point. The "better" soundbars are generally pretty big, mine was wider than my 55" tv, but looks much better since we switched to a 65" version.
