Is Metro Exodus good? Im intrigued by the upcoming Ray Trace version, as I now have the hardware for it. Still, £34.99 on Steam or Epic seems steep.

It has been cheaper in the past and was also on game pass at some point before but has been removed(You could get a 1 quid membership for a month). But humble bundle is the next best opportunity to get this cheap now.

Yeah base game has been under a 5er with discounts.... I paid .... £12.99 I think for the complete edition. Quite interested in it and never got around to installing so I will get to see it tarted up. I take it the epic version is getting the upgrade too and not just steam?

IIRC, with steam you may have to remove the game from your account and then activate it with the new key. Though I would check to see if it's added the DLC to your game first just in case.

Thanks, but it got even worse.....

It had been years since I last played FO4. When I looked within my library that is how it was listed as a game. I hadn't got it installed at the time.
FO3 is listed as Fallout 3 GOTY.
So I assumed that I had the std game.
Apparently I had previously bought in 2015 a game pass which had included every DLC..!

Not knowing that I bought the GOTY version, huh...!

Sold the key now and finally got to install the game I already had, 83GB, they just keep getting bigger..!

There is also a HD texture pack for the game (which if I remember is another 60gb) if you'd want to download :D. Reviews seem to be quite negative though.

ah, that's why it was so big to download....

i think that the negativity seems to come from the size of the download. My problem with the game, well years back, is that I was used to FO3 and the likes of Marts Mutant Mod (MMM) etc etc for mods. FO4 didn't seem to come close at the time. Perhaps I'll need to revisit that and see what the mod base is like.

Thanks

Yeah those high res packs really do inflate the install sizes of games. It's why a lot of them are released separately so people who can't utilise them don't have to download them
I think the 4K pack for FFXV is something like 100GB
