They dont even need to do that to accept unlimited pre orders. Just open the drawbridge. Take everyone's orders. Would be a big surge, but would eventually stop.

Likely tomorrow. If you read the article it just took the information from a PS5 Notification Twitter Account that said either today or tomorrow between 8-9am. They usually don't drop outside of those hours.
