Wall mount bracket - what size bolts do I need to attach the TV?

Hi all,

I have a Panasonic TX-42AS500B smart TV, I've just moved into a new flat and there is a Sandstrom bracket on the wall ready for the TV to be fitted to. The rear of the Panasonic TV has 4 bolt holes marked 'M3' which I assume is what is used to mount the TV to the bracket?

There are however, no bolts but the holes have 'M3' above them and an arrow pointing at them. Could someone tell me what bolts I need to purchase and I assume I will also need flat washers?
