No, it was an FE from the official reseller. Not my preferred choice as I say and I'm still reeling from the shock of spending a grand on a graphics card.

So I paid over the odds for a 3080 ti last night. Not an desirable one but I needed one for work and weren’t willing to pay more than 1500. It’s a palit gaming pro 3080 ti and it cost me 1500 new. Feel free to bash me for my crappy overpriced card but I really need a ti

Think for minute they are stockpiling what they can and would aim to clear backlog of cards before even considering some sort of members alerts for 3080 which kinda sucks but is understandable
