Strix 3080 OC queue, no change from last week to today (position 59), was 66 three weeks prior before the queue manager's break.

It looks like the announcement - 'consider cancelling if above 50' - has had a chilling effect on cancellations near and below the 50 mark. I think I'll hold out, especially given asus do bring some stock in here and there, but we're in for some interesting weeks between the advice, Tis, and incoming LHR stock.

To be frank, I'll be TUFfing it out with my card too ;)

Your CPU is probably bottle necking the GPU. Do u have all your settings maxed out? I can’t even get over 100FPS on warzone with my 3080 at 4K, I have to use DLSS to get 144fps. Try use DLSS but I think ur CPU is too weak for a 3070

Guys, Overclockers have a few Asrock RX 6900XT’s in stock for just less than £1600 not a bad deal I suppose. By the way what’s the difference between this Asrock 6900XT and the AMD FE 6900XT as they look the same to me
Don't buy a card that's double the price, if you're desperate for a card, you're better getting a 3080ti for the same money if they pop up, cos it's not double the price or get a 6700xt, not great value still but isn't as much overpriced

you can increase that estimation to nearer the 220 mark as I’ve only moved 8 places in that time. Seems being in a queue is better than nothing.

The MRSP of 6900XT is £1399.99 so it’s not too bad actually

The AMD reference cards were £950 msrp for us in UK and $999 in USA (remember this is before tax for USA too as they may have to pay tax as they have different state taxes and some with no tax on purchases).

So unless it's a fancy AIB card then £1400 is not the MSRP. Depends on the AIBs really. Some took the AMD reference cards, exactly the same and raised their MSRP on it.

So if we are going by AMD reference and Nvidia FE prices , the AMD 6900XT is £950 MSRP
