One lian li fan not spinning

i bought the lian li fans from overclockers not too long ago, they look GOOD as i have bought 8 of the sl120s for my build and fits perfect. however one of the fans are not spinning, is there any fix or can i get another spare from overclockers? i tried rotating the fan around, i tried putting this fan on the bottom of the case or the top of the case (lian li 0-11d mini) but it wont spin for some reason. it lights up but doesnt spin :( not too concerned since my temps are real low when idle or gaming but it just doesnt want to spin!

Try plugging the fan in the same header as the confirmed working fan. That'll help you work out if the problem is with the fan itself, or something else
 
As this fan doesn't have cables I would suggest taking it out of the case and testing it - try swapping the order with other fans. This should tell you if it's an issue with the side connectors or the internal parts like the motor.

Ive tried every combination it still dont work. can i get a replacement for this? I think either the rotary bit is damaged or something is damaged idek. How do i request for a replacement?
