980Ti Overclocked VS 2060 Stock

Just had an oppertunity to switch and forgetting about value and money for a second.

Would a stock founders edition RTX 2060 beat an MSI Gaming 6G 980 TI ( assuming that is an overclocked 980Ti )

I know the RTX would mean i can use DLSS 2.0 plus it would draw less electricity but i was thinking about frame rates in the same PC rig type of thing.
 
Yes, it'll be a decent amount faster. Moreso in newer titles, where Maxwell struggles a bit. There's actually a good comparison video between the two here:

 
No, it works on all RTX cards. It came out well before Ampere, so it has to really.

I thought that but someone said that 20 series can only do DLSS 1.0 and then the 30 series is 2.0. Will have to google it to confirm. I was playing Doom Eternal with DLSS and just prefered the image quality without it.
