PSU Pci-E 8 pin to 2x 6+2 pin to gpu one cable or two ?

Hello I've got the corsair rm850 x Modular psu in my new build and it comes with PCIE cables that are 8 pin on one end and split to 2x 6+2 pin on the other end. Should I use one cable for my MSI RTX 3070 Suprim X which requires 2x 6+2 pin connection or I use 2 cables ?

You can use one cable with the 2 x 6+2pins as it will be rated as such but some people experience problems and use 2 seperate cables.

Use two seperate cables. You have them so no reason not to use them and avoid any headaches that may appear later.
