Hey folks, I'm currently looking at buying some parts for a new PC, mainly for gaming / video editing. Just wondered if anyone sees any conflicts or bottlenecks with the following system:

Case purchased is a cooler master C700p

PSU - Corsair RM850, 850w 80+ Gold
MoBo - Asus ROG Strix B550-F
CPU - Ryzen 9 5900x
GPU - Nvidia 3080
Cooling - Artic Freezer II 360 (AIO)
RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600 (2 x 8gb)

Is there anything I should change or go for differently or will this pretty much all work well together?

Thanks!

Hi

Should be going for 32gb of memory especially for video editing and some games can use more than 16gb.

Everything looks good apart from no m2 drives.

Great stuff thank you, forgot to mention will be adding a M.2 in for the OS to run from and currently have 2 x 512gb SSDs and a 2tb HDD for storage.

I'll up the RAM to 32gb :)

Just another quick one, I have an existing PSU that I bought in 2014 when I built my current PC. It is a Corsair CSM 650W, would this be OK to use or do you recommend just buying a new one?

Cheers

Go for a new psu like in your spec above the corsair rm has a 10 year warranty, 750w is enough but 850w is only an extra £10.
