Hi all, so ive had a pre built system for my birthday and was wandering with the orion 3000 what motherboard i could put in the case.. Ideally with a view to overclocking!

Its running a 3060ti and an i7 10700 which is for the most part ok but i want a decent board and i7 or i9 k series.. Love the case, fits my desk great.. Not my choice but i figured it could be worked on... Obviously psu may need changing also.

I dont see anything as imposssible but would like some top advice without saying buy a new pc!

Cheers

Had to google it but is doesn't use a standard atx motherboard you might get a m-atx motherboard in there if they used atx mounting points as a template, you would need to check but you can get decent cheap cases from £50 why bother

Can you not just install a 10700k or 10900k in the current board? Not that it's going be much of if any uplift over a 10700 with a midrange GPU like the 3060ti.

My advice would be to leave it alone and just enjoy the PC you have.

Ive managed to tweak a few things for now.. Will probably stick some cash aside with a view to building another in the next 6 months. Cheers all.
