New treated decking laid down. But what are these spots?

Decking was just finished but there are these black spots on it. I was told the wood was treated but they’re mold, right?
Anything I can do? Sand and then re-treat

Watering can, really good squirt of bleach, fill with water. Water deck and leave.
If it's mold it will be gone the next day.

Just apply your chosen decking treatment, that'll sort it out.

Also, are those the tread boards - no grooves? If so, that's going to be slippery as **** in the in the autumn/winter!

Oh man I froth at the mouth when decking comes up on HUKD.

Although this will work it’s not a good idea to apply bleach to wood. You’ll also have to apply the solution to the entire deck otherwise you’ll end up with patches
