Hey all I'm back again with another build a G707 Powerspec and again the same problems as the Red Devil 6700xt and the rigs before that, Fps will start up good then drop down and cause a massive stutter even if it's just one frame down. I've done practically everyhing I can do on my end and at this point I'm just trying to fish for advice/information. Has anyone ever witnessed something like this happen with dirty power or RFI interference? When things were simpler and I had a 950 gpu, xbox one basic I had not one of these problems until recent years every pc I own just starts dropping frames and stuttering.
Just for the record here are the things I've done spanning from the first Powerspec build (in total I had 5 rigs, 4 from different companies and 2 from Microcenter but different models)
Disabled PBO
Updated all drivers via AMD Auto detect
Made sure Ryzen Master was running on the default mode
Updated bios
Disabled XMP (and setting different memory times)
Increased DRAM voltage
Disabling Radeon Software Auto OC tuner
Disabled Freesync
Disabled Vsync
Disabled Enhanced Sync
Increased memory clock
Decreased core clock
Cleaning old drivers with the AMD cleanup utility
Disabled PCIE power saving
Disabled 10-bit pixel format
Disabled Microsoft game bar
Disabled discord overlay
Set audio channel to "stereo"
Increased the card's power limit via MSI Afterburner
Updated Ryzen Master
Set refresh rate to 60hz (from 144)
Set games to run at 1080p
Ran memtest no errors after 4 hours
Ran crystaldisk ssd is healthy
Reseated GPU
Reseated RAM
Replaced Red Devil with zotac 950 (lowest fps, lowest graphics but frametime graph was overall stable at a wopping 30 fps)
If anyone has any advice/experience regarding dirty power/RFI please let me know, I do have an electrician coming to repair everything so hopefully it is the answer.
(I also do want to point out my electrical is 80 years old and my electrician told me my room is connected to the kitchen, it would kinda make sense why 60hz capped felt a bit better in frametimes despite the choppiness)
