Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

I think he just likes to troll.
It seems like a protest at the "unrealized gains" tax america is talking about and he's throwing his toys out of the pram

but if we billionaires are forced to sell our shares to pay taxes it's the poor little retail invests on social media who get ripped off.

what a karen, he just wants to get some outrage from people who would see their stock plummet if it were to happen.

Could just be an excuse to dump a bunch of his stock whilst it's overvalued so badly though

He's said recently he think the stock is overvalued and he'd like to reduce it a bit, his brother also sold $108M yesterday. Good way for people to profit by buying the dip. Would imagine he'll get into some kind of trouble for this.

He also said the stock was overvalued when it was worth a small fraction of what it is now. He just likes playing with his followers/investors for his own amusement.

It's why I sold all my Tesla a while back when it started rising again so I got some profit, because of his tweets on crypto and his shameless pump & dumps, it's a shame as I believe in the company, just Elon is a ******

there's no way he ever imagined in the best case scenario that the tesla stock would be anywhere near this valued by investors.

the whole thing kinda went ponzi scheme and just runs on it's own momentum with no brakes.

it's kinda insane and he must know it

Tesla is overvalued if the dollar were going to be worth the same in ten years as it is now. If dollar halves in value in that time then maybe Tesla is the right price, thats only 7% inflation. Its only a trading dynamic that alters if he does sell, he should keep his word

wouldn't he have to pick a time frame in advance.

if it dips a ton I might jump in as a gamble, but I doubt it will drop enough for me to justify it.

I'd also wanna make sure musk dumped already than be waiting underneath with a a big bag waiting to catch it

Why not short it?
