Selling my RTX 3080 and upgrading to 6900XT for Forza 5????

Game runs beautifully on my 3080 @ 3440x1440 and 4k with max settings (extreme preset doesn't set everything to max, you'll need to go and turn a couple from ultra to extreme) and motion blur + FXAA off and MSAA set to 4x

3440x1440 - usually 80/90-110 fps depending on scene
4k - locked to 60 entire time

Not experiencing any textures not loading issues like some reported either, however, LOD is very poor but as posted already, developers have confirmed it is an issue.

There is no ray tracing in actual gameplay either. Reflections/SSR are very good here though tbf so not too much of a need for it but would be nice to have it on the cars and puddles but probably not been done because of the poor RT performance from RNDA 2/consoles.

Again, just don't make it bias for one side and you won't get called out by everyone thus no derailment ;) And as stated no RT is used here anyway so you have nothing to worry about :p ;)
 
Seems like nvidia is better then this time round only slightly in fh5

Im getting 98/100fps average pretty
High strung 6900xt

undervolted 3080ti fe seems to get 98 :/

Forza 5 can run on a potato


On my rtx3090 I get 4k max settings, RT on, 8xMSAA and 65 to 100fps

Make sure you are using 21.11.2, might have more performance for for Forza Horizon 5.

All the benchmarks posted have been done on the previous driver too.

Be great if someone on here with a 6900xt could post some benchie of Forza with these new drivers everything maxed @1440p. Would definitely help me decide.
