Bottas can be quick in qualifying, but he's mostly rubbish in the race.

I would have swapped bottas with Russell right after bottas waved max through when they both started at the back of the grid

And this is why he's losing his job at Mercedes. How he's had so many chances in that car and done nothing of note with it is a mystery. He's reached the point where he's not even a viable/reliable number two, he adds no value to the team on race day.
