Well, I think so the ports on the back motherboard and hard drive were having issues, but I ran tests with manufacturing software and passed. Sometimes my PC freezes up and locks up and windows 10 start many and the task manager does not respond. I ran Malwarebytes scan nothing. Do you think it's PSU?
Sometimes it disconnects and then comes back again, I had a problem with the case and psu size so I went with this one as it was the one that fitted in my case.
Here is my case

I am going to give it clean also can I ask if you think its a power so problem, then can you help me pick the correct PSU that will fit in my case with 0 issues with the case I am not bothered about modular just as long as it's not too expensive that will work in my case.

It could well be the psu but nothing is definative without testing or changing parts. Looking at your pc spec the psu is the weakest part but that doesn't mean it's the cause but it's what i would change first.

Pc freezing could also be memory so may be test that with memtest.

This 750w psu iz on offer for £75 is a quality unit with 10 year warranty , modular and will cover you for future upgrades to a nore powerful gpu. 650w is £5 cheaper.

When PSU is scam level product, that's always suspect.
There's simply no way you'll get 850W PSU for that price level.
But deduct 500W and that would be possible.

Specified max PSU length (/depth) on that case is 150mm, so Seasonic/re-branded like Phanteks are good fits at 140mm.

is their any other psu that i will fit my PC ill look? if you can help me give few from a list ill buy this on my next pay day from work through GPU prices are so high......my 1080p tv does just fine.

How many watts do you want you could get a 750w which will be good for future upgrades or your system will run on a 550w to 650w.

Cleaned my PC, now it seems to be working, but I'm thinking of buying a better psu and motherbord i show one now I need the smallest pc case for Tuf Gaming B550M Plus WIFI.
as for the watts I have no idea if their program can tell me this?

If you were experiencing USB issues then it was a known bug which was addressed in a bios update.
The fix was implemented in 7C02V3B with the bios notes showing

*Improved USB device compatibility
