That was one production line from what Jayztwocents says, and asus already issed a recall, so doubt if you ordered one now you'd get a defective board as suppliers really should have taken the bad ones off the shelves by now, seeing as the batch numbers have been released...easy to spot though now everybody knows about it

Psu is fine and so is the m2 the sm 961 is no way pants and definately not a bottleneck.

The sm 961 has read speeds of 3000 mb/s and write speeds of 1800 mb/s which is near maximum for pcie3 drive.

Do you have any other storage ?

Yes m8 think about 5 others all western digital all used as just storage for all my **** I've collected over the years. Should have a clear out tbh.
Keeping my eye out for a asus 3080 strix card.

Was going to sugest that if you have lots small drives, do you have your games on a ssd ?

If you get back into gaming then get your games on a ssd, m2 drive for fastest loading times.

Or even a large ssd for your projects to transfer on to will be so much quicker.
 
Well after phoning OC'ers up, I think getting a 3080 is going to be hard as still there's a massive shortage. And there not taking new orders as still have a massive pre-orders to sort our first. Dsmn

1 other question please. What monitor would you guys recommend to show of the 3080ti card. ? I already have a Liyama ProLite G2773HS (120HZ with 120hz and 1 ms response), along with a wacom touch screen.
I think I would like a 27" 4k IPS, as my main not sure exactly which one though as there's that many. What do you guys think something else or what type?
