Called Oil Magnate (its a remate of on an old Amiga/PC/Atari ST game called Oil Imperium (or Black Gold as it was alternatively called).

I have tried my best to find this game on the marketplace and cannot find it anywhere.

Is it a case of "unlucky" its now gone?

Did you purchase it before? If so, should be able to download it. There doesn't seem to be much information out there on the game but if it isn't on the store I'd imagine it has been delisted. Physical for life!

Regretably I did not, at the time I did not have an Xbox360 and it wasnt released for any other platform.
So looks like Im screwed I guess?

I'm no expert but if it has been delisted seems unlikely you'll get it without having a hacked 360.

I think it was an Indie title, those were only released digitally iIRC.

Ah, yes, of course. You remember correctly. Were any indie titles released on disc? Because I don't know why, but, I know the game he is talking about and I have this image in my head of it been on disc. My mind is daft though :p

I think the indie program was different from the live arcade titles, which I know were occasionally released physically. I had never actually purchased any of the indie titles and haven't seen them physically before but you could be right. From what I understand, at least since the One era, Microsoft seem to have fairly strict rules around physical versions, need to produce X amount. Which is why we don't get any limited run games on the console.

That's it, I am mixing the Indie up with the arcade live. Probably mixing up the game in my head too!! Good recall there by you :)
